Creamsicle – Vanilla brandy, Cointreau, fresh squeezed orange juice, cream – poured over shaved ice from our newly purchased shaved ice machine. Tastes just like those orange popsicles from childhood!
Lemoned Ice – Lemoncello served over shaved ice – if too sweet, we’ll add some fresh squeezed lemon juice to tart it up!
French 75 – Courvoisier, fresh squeezed lemon juice, champagne – The champagne adds a clean crisp attitude.
Cognac Mint Julep – Remy Martin 1738, mulled mint + simple syrup, poured over shaved ice.
Suffering Bastard – Cognac, gin, fresh squeezed lime juice, topped with Ginger ale. Originally conceived as a hangover cure, you can adjust the potency—or get a jump on tomorrow’s hangover—simply increase or decrease the amount of ginger ale.

Brandy began to be distilled in France circa 1313, but it was prepared only as a medicine and was considered as possessing such marvelous strengthening and sanitary powers that the physicians named it “the water of life,” (l’eau de vie) a name it still retains.
